Great team with amazing hospitality. I always stay here in CPT due to price and proximity to CBD. The rooms are a bit plain, but the beds are comfortable and bathrooms are adequate. Definitely feel safe with 24 hour security. Best value I've found in the area.

The hotel itself looks nice and is in a great location, but cleanliness is not their top priority. I found what looked like a blood stain on a pillow, some brown stain on a towel another stain on the new pillow cases they had put in after I asked the one with a blood stain. I called and asked for an iron and waited over an hour without anyone attending to my request. Luckily, my friends had an iron in their room so they borrowed me theirs. No one ever got back to me about the iron. This same friend also complained that their dustbin were not emptied after the cleaners came. Reception staff were great though. Very polite

Protea Fire and Ice in Cape Town offers a delightful experience. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, the staff exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast is deliciously satisfying. It's an excellent choice for a memorable stay in the city.

Great location close to Long Street and Kloof Street, the design of the hotel is really nice and modern. The staff was very welcoming. Would stay there again.

The hotel was out of this world.The staff were friendly and extremely helpful .The hotel’s cleanliness was breathtaking .My room was nice and spacious The hotel bar has an outside are where you can chill and have a cocktail .The hotel also has a restaurant,you don’t have to order in or go out to eat because the food was very good .I cannot wait to be back and experience the pool area

This hotel is absolutely amazing, the service is top tier and it’s so clean..the food is delicious and the staff is so kind..however the rooms are a bit small but cute..totally enjoyed our stay.
